- Access to built-in tools for data operations, text processing, conversions, and more
- Visual workflow builder for chaining tools together
- Tool currying and customization capabilities
- Public and private workflow sharing
- Client-side and server-side processing options
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration

4. Subscription Tiers
4.1 Free Tier
Provides unlimited public tools and workflows with client-side execution.
4.2 Builder Tier ($15/month)
Includes private tools, removal of Toolgebra branding, and usage analytics.
4.3 Team Tier ($79/month)
Includes shared workspace, API access, and role-based permissions.
4.4 Payment and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
5. User Content and Workflows
5.1 Ownership
You retain all rights to the workflows and content you create using Toolgebra. We do not claim ownership of your work.
5.2 License to Toolgebra
By publishing a public workflow, you grant Toolgebra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your workflow to other users.
5.3 Forking and Sharing
Public workflows can be forked and modified by other users. Private workflows are only accessible to you and authorized team members.
5.4 Prohibited Content
You may not create or share workflows that:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Contain malicious code or viruses
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Distribute spam or unauthorized marketing content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse system resources

We are not responsible for workflows or content created by other users, even if publicly shared on our platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolgebra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Toolgebra harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your workflows, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Toolgebra operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution
